Tina is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over seven years of experience providing individual, couples, and family therapy in both inpatient and private practice settings. She specializes in working with individuals navigating substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health diagnoses, helping clients build insight, stability, and long-term recovery through compassionate, evidence-based care. Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed and integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavior (DBT), gestalt, and family systems therapies. She focuses on addressing the underlying emotional pain, trauma, and relational patterns that often contribute to substance use and mental health struggles, supporting clients in developing healthier coping skills and a stronger sense of self. Fluent in Farsi, she brings a culturally sensitive perspective to her work, creating a safe and inclusive space where clients feel truly understood and respected.
