Cailin Field is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor. She earned her Masters degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University after completing her Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Notre Dame. Through her experience working with adults and adolescents, she has become particularly passionate about working with individuals impacted by depression, anxiety, life transitions, family challenges and relationship issues. Cailin specializes in self esteem work related to growing and fostering self confidence and self worth.
Cailin’s therapeutic approach stems from humanistic and person-centered theories to ensure that every individual feels heard and can act as an active participant in their healing journey. She also incorporates Trauma Focussed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), strength based and narrative therapy techniques. Cailin strives to create a warm and nonjudgmental environment to help each individual find clarity, achieve their goals and create a more fulfilling and empowered life.
