Jayden earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Northern Arizona University, where her dedication to serving others first took shape. During her college years, she interned with Big Brothers Big Sisters, leading weekly groups within juvenile detention centers. Witnessing the profound impact of even a single weekly group session ignited her passion for exploring what could be achieved when individuals are supported with consistent therapy, structured programming, and a strong sense of community.
Since then, Jayden has devoted more than seven years to the mental health treatment field, gaining comprehensive experience across diverse roles including Direct Client Care, Crisis Communication Training, Human Resources, and Operations Management. She is both a certified Pro-ACT Instructor and a certified Adult Residential Facility Administrator, credentials that further support her expertise in delivering compassionate, effective, and structured care.
Through every role she has held, Jayden has remained committed to fostering transformation—for both clients and teams—by creating systems that balance operational excellence with the human-centered values at the heart of mental health treatment.
