Therapist
As an associate licensed therapist, Matthew provides warm, compassionate, and evidence-based therapy to individuals dealing with an array of mental health challenges. Matthew received his Masters in Psychotherapy at Antioch University, specializing in LGBTQ-affirmative care. With prior experience in community mental health and a background in teaching, Matthew’s approach is rooted in self-determination and inner exploration.
By creating a safe and validating environment, clients can explore their emotions and identities. Matthew has a particular interest in exploring inner-child work, identifying and healing from trauma, and engaging in radical self-love. Outside of work, Matthew loves spending time outdoors camping, reading fantasy or sci-fi, and cuddling with his dog Korey.
