Jayden Capilla

Jayden holds her Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from Northern Arizona University. Forming her early professional experience in college, serving others has been at the forefront of her work, interning with Big Brothers Big Sisters and being involved in their weekly groups ran in juvenile detention. Seeing the impacts that one group a week made then sparked a fire in Jayden to see what transformations could be possible for people provided more structure, more groups and consistent therapy. Then began her dive in mental health treatment. She has worked in the mental health treatment world for over 5 years in a variety of settings from direct client care, Crisis Communication Trainer, Human Resources, and Operations Management. She is a UCLA PEERS Certified instructor along with having her RADT Certification.

Jayden has a passion for building high performing teams who consistently deliver world-class care and service to clients through a purpose-oriented mindset. Leading by example and empowering her team members with knowledge, support, and structure are pillars of her management style. She has an unwavering commitment to values of accuracy and integrity. Jayden’s goal as a Program Coordinator for Amend is to work collaboratively with the Leadership team to ensure smooth operations and program compliance.
